The phone begins on the existing Android missing-place category step. The sparkle is the only addition: its photo picker is the new OCR sheet, using the photos already captured for this submission.

The native empty field uses a pencil and swaps it for a clear-circle when it contains text. Here, sparkle replaces that empty-field pencil. Once a user types or chooses a name, the normal clear-circle returns.
